Dr. Claire Marie Stubbemann

Dr. Claire Marie Stubbemann was born in Germany; she started a university degree in Law. She graduated as a Bachelor of Theology in 1982 after having studied Philosophy and Theology at the Facultad de Teología del Norte de España in Burgos.

For several years she taught religion at secondary schools. She achieved a Bachelor degree of Spiritual Theology from the Facultad de Teología de Burgos in 2000 and a PhD in Spiritual Theology in 2003 with the doctoral dissertation “La mujer en Edith Stein: antropología y espiritualidad”, Facultad de Teología del Norte de España.

Stubbemann combines her pastoral-spiritual activity with teaching. Nowadays she is visiting professor at the Facultad de Teología de Burgos, at the Centro Internacional Teresiano Sanjuanista de Ávila and at the Universidad Eclesiástica San Dámaso de Madrid.
